Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 150A-3
- Board: means the board of agriculture. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 150A-2
- Chairperson: means the chairperson of the board of agriculture, or the chairperson's duly authorized agents. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 150A-2
- Department: means the department of agriculture. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 150A-2
All authority vested in the board or chairperson by virtue of this chapter may with like force and effect be exercised by such employees of the department as the board or chairperson may from time to time designate for the purpose.
