- Board: means the board of land and natural resources. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 171-1
The board shall plan, improve, develop, operate, and maintain each industrial park designated pursuant to § 171-132. The planning, improving, developing, operation, and maintenance of an industrial park shall be in accordance with this chapter.
