Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 206-36
- Board: means the board of land and natural resources as provided in chapter 26. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 206-1
- Political subdivision: means a county. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 206-1
- State: means the State of Hawaii. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 206-1
The board of land and natural resources may agree to make such payments to the State, or any political subdivision thereof (which payments such bodies may accept), as the board finds consistent with the achievement of the purposes of this chapter.
