Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 340E-4.6
- Director: means the director of health or the director's authorized agent. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 340E-1
- Supplier of water: means any person who owns or operates a public water system. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 340E-1
The director, in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91, may enter and inspect any facility of a supplier of water to determine whether such supplier is acting in compliance with this part.
