(a) Any person who fails to comply with any requirement of this part shall be subject to the fines established by the department pursuant to subsection (b).

Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 342D-110

  • Department: means the department of health. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 342D-1
  • Person: means any individual, partnership, firm, association, public or private corporation, federal agency, the State or any of its political subdivisions, trust, estate, or any other legal entity. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 342D-1
(b) The department shall by rule under chapter 91, establish fines for the failure to comply with any requirement of this part.
