Terms Used In Hawaii Revised Statutes 351-86

  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
  • Commission: means the crime victim compensation commission established by this chapter. See Hawaii Revised Statutes 351-2
  • Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.

All moneys received by the commission pursuant to this part shall not be subject to execution, levy, attachment, or lien of any kind.
