Terms Used In Idaho Code 21-514
- Department: means the Idaho transportation department. See Idaho Code 21-501
- Director: means the director of the Idaho transportation department or his agent. See Idaho Code 21-501
- Person: means any individual, firm, copartnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association, or body politic, and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee, or other similar representative thereof. See Idaho Code 21-501
- Structure: means any object constructed or installed by man, including, but without limitation, buildings, towers, smokestacks, and overhead transmission lines. See Idaho Code 21-501
As used in this act the terms structure, person, department and director shall have the meanings defined in section 21-501, Idaho Code.
