Terms Used In Idaho Code 23-926

  • Licensee: means the person to whom a license is issued under the provisions of law. See Idaho Code 23-902
  • Liquor: means all kinds of liquor sold by and in a state liquor store of the state of Idaho. See Idaho Code 23-902
  • Premises: means the building and contiguous property owned or leased or used under a government permit by a licensee, as part of the business establishment in the business of sale of liquor by the drink at retail, which property is improved to include decks, docks, boardwalks, lawns, gardens, golf courses, ski resorts, courtyards, patios, poolside areas or similar improved appurtenances in which the sale of liquor by the drink at retail is authorized under the provisions of law.   • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
It shall be the duty of any licensee hereunder immediately upon emptying any liquor container to deface, so that the same may not again be used, all government or state stamps or labels. Any licensed premises shall be maintained in sanitary condition according to the requirements of chapter 16, title 39, Idaho Code, and any city ordinances pertaining thereto.
