- Commission: means the Idaho dairy products commission;
Idaho Code 25-3103State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories; and the words "United States" may include the District of Columbia and territories. See Idaho Code 73-114
For the convenience of the majority of those most likely to be affected in the administration of this chapter, the director, upon recommendation of the commission, shall establish and maintain an office for the director within the state of Idaho.
