Terms Used In Idaho Code 26-3715
- Director: means the director of the department of finance or his authorized designee. See Idaho Code 26-3703
The director shall have the authority to adopt, amend or repeal such rules as are reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
