Terms Used In Idaho Code 31-4919
- Commissioners: means the board of commissioners of each county within a district. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- District: means a regional solid waste or domestic septage district created pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- District board: means the board of directors of a district. See Idaho Code 31-4902
- Participating county: means a county which elects, through action of the commissioners as provided in this chapter, to become a member of a district. See Idaho Code 31-4902
Any county which is not a participating county of a district may, with the consent of the district board and the consent of the commissioners of a majority of the participating counties, become a participating county of a district by adoption of a resolution in accordance with section 31-4903, Idaho Code.
