Terms Used In Idaho Code 39-3503
- Care provider: means the adult member of the home family responsible for maintaining the certified family home. See Idaho Code 39-3502
- Resident: means an adult who lives in a certified family home and who requires personal assistance or supervision. See Idaho Code 39-3502
Each care provider shall negotiate a written, signed and dated agreement between the care provider and a resident specifying the amount of monthly payment to be paid by the resident and the method for payment.
