Terms Used In Idaho Code 39-4112
- Board: means the Idaho building code board, herein created. See Idaho Code 39-4105
- Construction: means the erection, fabrication, reconstruction, demolition, alteration, conversion, or repair of a building or the installation of equipment therein normally a part of the structure. See Idaho Code 39-4105
Building permit fees shall be as established by rules promulgated by the board. Until such rules are effective, building permit fees based on total value of the construction shall not exceed those given in table 3-A, Uniform Building Code, 1985.
