(1) Compliance with the additional testing and inspection requirements set forth in 40 C.F.R. § 280.10 concerning emergency power generators, 40 C.F.R. § 280.35 concerning spill prevention equipment and containment sumps used for interstitial monitoring of piping and overfill prevention equipment, and 40 C.F.R. § 280.40 concerning release detection, as adopted by Idaho and incorporated by reference in IDAPA 58.01.07.004, shall be required only on and after October 13, 2021, notwithstanding any prior date set forth in said regulations or rule.
