Terms Used In Idaho Code 42-5272

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • District: means a ground water district established, or to be established, pursuant to this chapter. See Idaho Code 42-5201
Each party to any proceeding for dissolution of a district under this act shall have the right of appeal as in other civil cases.
