Each fund established by a labor organization under this chapter shall:
(1) Register as a political committee as required by chapter 66, title 67, Idaho Code; and

- Fund: means the separate segregated fund established by a labor organization for political purposes according to the procedures and requirements of this chapter. See Idaho Code 44-2602
- labor organization: includes each employee association and union for employees of public and private sector employers. See Idaho Code 44-2602
(2) File the financial reports for political committees required by chapter 66, title 67, Idaho Code.
