Terms Used In Idaho Code 50-2705

  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Property: includes both real and personal property. See Idaho Code 73-114
It shall be illegal for a director, officer, agent or employee of a corporation to have, directly or indirectly, any financial interest in any property to be included in or any contract for property, services or materials to be furnished or used in connection with any industrial development facility financed through the public corporation. Violation of any provision of this section is a misdemeanor.
