Terms Used In Idaho Code 54-2222
- Board: means the Idaho physical therapy licensure board. See Idaho Code 54-2203
- License: means a document issued by the board to a person under this chapter authorizing the person to practice as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. See Idaho Code 54-2203
- person: includes a corporation as well as a natural person;

Any person who shall be aggrieved by any action of the board in denying, refusing to renew, suspending or revoking a certificate of licensure, issuing a censure, imposing any restriction upon a license, or imposing any fine, may seek judicial review thereof in accordance with the provisions of chapter 52, title 67, Idaho Code.
