- board: as used in this chapter shall mean the state board of registration for professional geologists, hereinafter provided by this chapter. See Idaho Code 54-2802
Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment by the governor as provided in section 54-2803, Idaho Code.
