Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-2325
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
The provisions of this act shall not restrict or limit the powers of cities and villages to convey or exchange real property as provided by sections 50-1401 et seq., Idaho Code, and related laws.
