Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 20 ILCS 3405/5.1

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The powers, duties and authority granted to the Department of Conservation pursuant to the provisions of Section 63a21.2 of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois (renumbered; now Section 805-315 of the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law, 20 ILCS 805/805-315) to offer a cash incentive to a qualified bidder for the development, construction and supervision of a concession complex at Lincoln’s New Salem State Park are transferred to the Department.
