Upon the revocation or suspension of a person’s license to practice as a Licensed Professional Geologist, the licensee shall immediately surrender his or her license to the Department and the licensee’s name and address shall be added to the list of individuals whose licenses have been revoked, suspended, or denied renewal for cause. If the licensee fails to surrender his or her license, the Department has the right to seize the license.
