  • Joint committee: Committees including membership from both houses of teh legislature. Joint committees are usually established with narrow jurisdictions and normally lack authority to report legislation.
     Recommended rules and regulations for the establishment and continuation of narrowly tailored sheltered markets under Section 8b shall be approved by the Council prior to submission by the Department of Central Management Services to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules. These rules shall include but not be limited to agency goals, waivers and procedures for use of sheltered markets.
