Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 40 ILCS 5/21-102.7
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
“Coverage agreement” means an agreement between the State Agency and a coverage group for the purpose of extending social security coverage to the employees of the coverage group. Such agreement shall specify the terms, conditions and scope of coverage.
