Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 505 ILCS 90/4

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     Persons desiring to sell or give away nursery stock in this State, in conjunction with their business as nurserymen, shall make an initial application on forms furnished by the Department. Any person failing to comply with this Section is in violation of this Act. It is unlawful for any person to make a false declaration of acreage or cause any concealment of nursery stock from inspection by the Director.
