Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 50 ILCS 705/13

  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
     Notwithstanding any other law or rule of evidence, the fact that a certificate was issued, denied, or revoked by the Board, is admissible in a judicial or administrative proceeding as prima facie evidence of any facts stated.
