  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
  • Legacy: A gift of property made by will.
     To accept and administer, with the approval of the Director, gifts, grants and legacies of money, securities or other property to be used by the Commission for the purposes of this Act and according to the tenor of such gift, grant or legacy.
