The sponsoring jurisdiction shall:
(1) determine the specific section of right-of-way

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.

section as soon as practical after litter collection has occurred, and shall otherwise be responsible for removing litter from adopted sections only under unusual circumstances such as to remove large, heavy, or hazardous items.
