Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 620 ILCS 5/26

  • State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
     The Department shall regulate and supervise aeronautics within this State, subject to the provisions of this Act. The Department is empowered and directed to encourage, foster, and assist in the development of aeronautics in this State and to encourage the establishment of airports and other air navigation facilities.
