Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-1702
- Commission: means the Illinois Commerce Commission. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 625 ILCS 5/18c-1104
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
It shall be the duty of the Commission and of the Illinois State Police and the Secretary of State to conduct investigations, make arrests, and take any other action necessary for the enforcement of this Chapter.
