Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/240-20

The Authority may make expenditures for the planning, acquisition, development and construction of a State office building in Rockford, Illinois. Such expenditures may be made from funds appropriated for such purposes from the Build Illinois Bond Fund.
