Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/245-35
- Board: means the governing and administrative body of the Salem Civic Center Authority. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 200/245-5
- Lease: A contract transferring the use of property or occupancy of land, space, structures, or equipment in consideration of a payment (e.g., rent). Source: OCC
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
