  • Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
     Any holder of any bond or bonds issued under this Act, or of any of the coupons appertaining thereto, may by a civil action, mandamus, injunction or other proceeding, enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by Section 16.1 to 16.12, inclusive, of this Act, including the making and collection of sufficient rates for the specified purposes provided by such Sections and the proper application of the income therefrom.
