On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, formerly known as the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago and as the Sanitary District of Chicago, are extended to include the following described tracts and those tracts are annexed to the District:
