Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended to include within those corporate limits the following described tract of land and the tract is hereby annexed to the District:

BROWNING BY DEED RECORDED SEPTEMBER 15TH 1859, AS DOCUMENT 23078 IN BOOK 162, PAGE 619, SAID STRIP BEING THIRTY FOUR AND ONE HALF FEET WIDE AT NORTH END FORTY TWO FEET WIDE AT SOUTH END, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
