Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 2605/40
- Heretofore: means any time previous to the day on which the statute takes effect; and the word "hereafter" at any time after such day. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.17
Wherever it has or may become necessary by reason of the widening, deepening or improving of such river, to construct bridges to meet the altered or changed condition of such stream or river, such sanitary district or districts may construct such bridge or bridges as such improvement, heretofore made or hereafter to be made, may require.
