Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 70 ILCS 2605/9.1
- decree: is synonymous with the word "judgment". See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.24

The Sanitary District in order to provide further funds required for paying the cost of the works which have been made necessary by the decree of the Supreme Court of the United States in the consolidated cases entitled “Wisconsin et al. v. The State of Illinois and The Sanitary District of Chicago,” numbers 7, 11 and 12 original may issue, in addition to all other bonds heretofore or herein authorized, such bonds of the sanitary district in an amount not to exceed $100,000,000 for such purposes without submitting the question of such issuance to the legal voters of such sanitary district for approval. All of the bonds authorized under Section 9.1 have been issued but not all have been paid as they had not matured in 1959 at the time of the adoption of these amendments.
