  • Fee simple: Absolute title to property with no limitations or restrictions regarding the person who may inherit it.
     In all cases where land in fee simple, rights in land, air or water, easements or other interests in land, air or water or property or property rights are acquired or sought to be acquired by said authority by condemnation, the procedure shall be, as nearly as may be, in accordance with that provided for the exercise of the right of eminent domain under the Eminent Domain Act.
