Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 725 ILCS 160/1
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
All fines, paid in money, imposed through the agency of any humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to children under the laws of the State of Illinois, shall, when collected, be paid into the treasury of such society, to be applied towards its support.
