     The costs of impaneling a Statewide Grand Jury, and the costs and expenses incurred in the performance of its functions and duties, shall be paid by the county in which it sits. The county shall be reimbursed for such costs and expenses by the State out of funds appropriated to the Attorney General for that purpose.
