Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 815 ILCS 5/2.12a
- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
“Principal of an investment adviser” means any officer, director, partner, member, trustee or manager of such investment adviser who is responsible for the supervision of the registered representatives in this State of such investment adviser, and for management of the daily business operations in this State of such investment adviser.
