Indiana Code 1-1-16-5. “Military installation”

Sec. 5. (a) As used in this chapter, “military installation” has the meaning set forth in 10 U.S.C. § 2801(c)(4) or Ind. Code § 10-16-1-2.5.

(b) The term includes a military base described in Ind. Code § 36-7-34-3.
