Sec. 4. (a) The commission consists of five (5) members appointed by the governor.
(c) One (1) member of the commission must be appointed from each of the boundary counties.
(b) Each commission member must be a surveyor registered under Ind. Code § 25-21.5.

- commission: refers to the Indiana-Michigan boundary line commission established by section 3 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 1-3-2.2-2
(d) The commission’s chair must be:
(1) a commission member; and
(2) elected by a majority of the commission members.
