Indiana Code 12-16-4.5-3. Rules

Sec. 3. Subject to this article, the division shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 prescribing the following:

(1) The form of an application.

(2) The establishment of procedures for applications.

(3) The time for submitting and processing claims.
