Sec. 7. (a) The term of a voting member appointed under section 6(4) of this chapter is four (4) years. The term expires December 31, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.
(b) The governor shall fill a vacancy occurring among the members described in subsection (a). If an appointee is appointed to serve an unexpired term, the appointee serves only until the end of the unexpired term.Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-13-1-7
