Terms Used In Indiana Code 14-30-2-4

  • commission: refers to the Maumee River basin commission established by this chapter. See Indiana Code 14-30-2-2
   Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “participating county” refers to a county that joins the commission under section 7 of this chapter.
