Sec. 102.5. (a) “Forestry operation”, for purposes of IC 14-28-1-22, includes facilities, activities, and equipment used to plant, raise, manage, harvest, and remove trees on private land.
(b) The term includes:
(1) site preparation;
(2) fertilization;
(3) pest control;
(4) wildlife management;
(5) new and previously existing staging areas;
(6) new and previously existing access roads; and
(7) new and previously existing haul roads.
