Indiana Code 14-8-2-255. “Shoreline or water line”

Sec. 255. “Shoreline or water line” has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-26-2, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-2-4.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-26-8, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-8-2.
