Indiana Code 14-8-2-267. “Stream”

Sec. 267. “Stream” has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-25-7, the meaning set forth in IC 14-25-7-7.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-29-8, the meaning set forth in IC 14-29-8-1.
