Indiana Code 14-8-2-55. “Construction”

Sec. 55. “Construction” has the following meaning:

(1) For purposes of IC 14-25-4, the meaning set forth in IC 14-25-4-1.

(2) For purposes of IC 14-26-2-15, the meaning set forth in IC 14-26-2-15.
